push-up's are the one thing I can barely do.. my upper arm strenght needs working on.. BUT, all that being said I'll give it my best shot. Of course I'll have to do the girly version (on my knees) but I'll try when I workout today after work... Good luck everyone!0

I did 200 with a wall. My upper body strength is kinda pathetic :laugh: thanks charger!0

I'm in! I'm going to space it out during the day. I timed myself last week and could only do 20 in 2 minutes. My arms were like rubber!0

My isometric routine is up tonight and I usually do 3 sets of 30. but I'll try to incorporate the PUs into the 2nd set of supersets to do the other 110. Or will up the sets to 40 and do 5 sets somewhere. Will report.0

Ended up with 50 normals, 50 "girlie", and 100 wall pushups. :happy:0

I got in 70 modified wall ones. Meaning that normal wall push ups are too easy, but when at work its hard to get on the floor due to clothing. So I pushed off the wall brought my hands away from the wall and the caught my self on the wall and repeated. That way there was more engaging of the muscles0
