My fave is raspberry vinagarette, but to cut calories out, i like some olive oil, red wine vinegar and Mrs. Dash citrus salad seasoning

My two current favs: dijon mustard + vinegar of choice.

Add in's: Honey/agave and/or hot pepper's (I buy these already chopped in a jar at Wegmans)

Basically no calories (unless you add the honey) . Delish!

A drop of EVO & half of a Lemon Freshly squeezed a few dried herbs & mix
All these store brand dressings are loaded with crap~ The sodium in them are insane.
sure the calories are low but who really uses 2 tablespoons on an entire salad.

Also fresh sweet veggies with a mix of herbs & spices OR frozen fruit thrown in a blender~ puree & pour sooooooo delish!

Newman's Own Lite Balsamic Vinaigrette is one of my favorites as well! I also like to make Hidden Valley Ranch from 2% milk & light mayo. It tastes way better than bottled light ranch dressing!
  • I mix Pace salsa with low fat ranch dressing - very few calories and lots of flavor.

Maple Grove Farms Fat Free Caesar Dressing (10 cal for 2 tbsp and no high fructose corn syrup) - hard to find (I have 6 bottles stockpiled in the back of my kitchen cabinet).

Kraft - Greek Vinaigrette Salad Dressing W/ Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Feta Cheese, and Oregano. Only 60 calories and 5 grams of fat for 2 Tbsp, and it doesn't taste "off" like other lite dressings.
