    Jules thank you for such an Inspirational post. I've already printed out the content and I'm going to try and take it on board. It Took until I was 50 a couple of months ago for me to wake up and smell the coffee (as it were) and I've surprised myself on how well I'm doing because of the support here.

    How DO you keep that huge brain in your head?? :laugh: GREAT post, sis...I know that talking myself through especially exercise has brought me to where I am now. I SO didn't want to do it at the beginning...now, I SO want to! I got tired of hearing my inner voice tell me "5 more minutes, 3 more laps, 4 more presses"....now I hear "GREAT WORKOUT!!"
