    Hi!

    On Wednesday I went for a 20 minute jog on my lunchbreak - it was great! A nice suprise as I haven"t really done any running since school!! I will start this 1-2 times per week on top of my studio exercise classes:

    October 5th: 20 mins lunchtime jogging, 60 mins aerobics and 60 mins weights
    October 6th: 60 mins body conditioning and 60 minutes Combat fitness
    October 7th: 75 mins spin classes

    Total: 335 mins plus 275 mins for the beginning of the week = 600 mins this week so far

    I will need this good start for the month as I am off to Germany next week for work and will no doubt end up doing NO exercise whatsoever (other than being on my feet all day at exhibitions), drinking beer and eating sausages!!!!
