When I lost weight I loss all of my assets. :noway: I'm trying to tone and shape to get some of it back. Can anyone give me some pointers on building my butt back. Which excersise machines in the gym work that area? I love my new shape just wish I had a little more in the rear. :blushing:

weighted squats and lunges would probably be the best to build up those muscles.0
