Real lemon has several flavors that come in little single serve packets. Put it in water, tea, etc.
    O calories -
Comes in : Orange, Lemon, Lime and now they have added Grapefruit to the selection.

I have been using flavor drops MiO in mine. I get heartburn with to much water so I need something in it. Lemon, fruit also do the trick. Good luck finding a way.

I take tiny amount of juice and put it in my water. You have some sugar, but very little. Just don't over do it.

Have you tried the king of waters? Evian?? :)

Yeah I would go with some of the flavored waters. Most are usually 0 cal
  • Hi there~ its really delicious if you add slices of cucumber, melon, strawberry, (not all at once of course! lol) or fresh mint...also Ive done lemon/lime juice with a little bit of stevia (most natural and zero calorie IMO), also you just get used to it too after a while of drinking water and then you wont believe how you didnt drink enough before cause your body will crave it! (I drink at least a liter first thing when I wake up....) and having a fun, cute, etc bottle helps too. also GREAT for the skin of course....good luck!!!
  • I love the snapple peach tea water flavor packets! I have also acquired a taste for unsweetened tea.

There are lots of flavors of herbal teas that are really delicious and are caffeine free. That's what I use. My favorite lately is Madagascar Vanilla Red, a rooibos tea. It's good hot or cold!

I would still suggest trying to make sure you drink plenty of plain water in addition to anything else you drink...

I also do this, gives the water a different taste for a change.

Water is a staple of life just like breathing and sleeping, it's not something I can imagine getting tired of.
I think you just have to find ways to make drinking water become a habit not a chore. I have a water bottle on my desk and sip from it regularly during the work day, this means I get in plenty of water.
And don't get focussed on HAVING to have a certain number of cups a day, if you just can't drink much water then make sure you are getting lots of it in your diet - fruit, veggies, soup etc all get fluid into your body.
  • Whenever I get really sick of water I grab a Fresca. They are 0 cal and 0 sugar. But I keep it to once in a while :)
