I started working out with the BF and then neither of us felt up to it... trying to work out / eat healthy when you are sick is not easy... erg. :grumble: Then upset about being such a bum I ate my way through the night... :sick:0 -
Hi ladies! I'm still here. It's just been a bad week all around, in general. Super crazy at work, had a migraine all day Wednesday, and have a huge presentation tomorrow. So happy that this is a long weekend for me (the government gives it;s employees Columbus and Veterans' Days off). I've been trying really hard to stay on track with my eating, but not much exercising is getting done. I hope to just maintain this week. I'll try to check back in after tomorrow is done!

housework done, floors vacuumed and mopped. laundry going. nothing else on todays agenda. one week from tomorrow i will do my first 5K, nervous and excited at the same time. eating is ok, tha's all i can say about it. zumba tonight.0 -

TGIF! It is going to be a productive weekend!!!!!!!! I have been saving up some money to finish the office and master bedroom renos so I am hoping what we have is enough... I would love to finish everything this weekend... (probably will not, but I am hopeful!)0 -
Hi ladies! How's everyone's weekends going? Not much chatter on here this weekend, so maybe we are all busy! My presentation went well. There is always someone who nit picks things apart, but other than that everyone was very happy with it. I'm just glad to be done! Yesterday we stained the back deck, and I worked on cleaning the cars and headlights. Not much going on here today. We are mostly just chilling and watching football (and I'm playing on the computer too)! Tomorrow I have plans to see my friend and godchildren, so I hope that tomorrow will be a god day (and that I don't eat too much!).

Hello All
So I have renewed motivation! I GOT A DRESS!!!! I went to the National Wedding Show yesterday at the NEC in Birmingham and I bought a beautiful dress! BUt it is too small. .... haha! by about 10lbs i think. My friend thinks about 4lbs but I'm not so sure.
Anyway, I have to fit into it otherwise its a lot of money wasted!!
I went for a run this morning, doing Zumba tonight and am feeling wonderfully positive!! Will join in on next challenge and maybe this time I will actually achieve it!!!
