    Great job! You look FANTASTIC! What a change. Thank you for sharing a little hope to so many who have lost it.
    Never lose hope!! I thought the day I turned 30 my metabolism went on a permanent vacation - but low and behold - I am slowly getting there!!

    I would hardly call shedding 10 pounds a month "slow"!! Good job! Best wishes for goal and beyond!
