I love to juice. When I juice I am energized , my appetite is satisfied and my cravings are gone. I eat lots of vegetables but never greens. When I juice I use kale which was never in my diet before. I could go no about my person love & success for juicing but I will stop with this question.
How do I determine my caloric intake when I juice ???

Buy a food scale.
Measure the weight of your juicing cup, then tare,
then measure each juiced fruit individually.
Most fruit can be measured in grams on MFP0 -
Good question.
