Again, not everyone has to do the measurements. It's sort of a trial run because many people get fustrated because they're exercising and not seeing results on the scale but may be getting results on the measuring tape0 -

Well I'm a couple of weeks late this month...shame on me...but I did just have shoulder surgery and am recovering from that at the moment so I've been not good with logging my calories cause I haven't been eating a whole lot but have been getting better with eating now that I am almost off the pain meds all together.
Anyway here's my weight for sw and week 1

Not everyone got back to me but out of the 6 that have megcc lost 3lb! with me (megz4987) close at 2.9lb loss.
Together, we lost a total of 9.7lb this week!!

Well I may not be losing consistently but at least I am not gaining so that's good. I started again to drink at least 8 glasses of water, I haven't been drinking that much if any the past few weeks...and now I am in the bathroom like every 10-20 min. fun fun but it's my own fault. So hopefully this next week is a good one for me now that I am getting my butt back on track.0 -
