Well, no change this week. I had two bad days last week... not one, but two. Eating at someone else's house is always a temptation/ excuse to eat in a way that does not support the future I want to see. But I am still encouraged because in the past, two bad dinners would have resulted in a significant gain. This week I am going to try to be more aware of eating with other people... I know I can't bring my own dinner to someone's home... but I CAN make better (read "smaller") choices!
It looks like everyone is doing really well....maybe a few struggles like mine.Keep it up y'all! We can DO this! This week I'm going to try and wait for some actual hunger. Sounds obvious I know... but normally I eat because its time to eat. Anybody want to try it with me this week?
