I my right knee is inflammed pretty bad. My doctor told me not to walk as an exercise. I walk 70 minutes all the time. Since I am not allowed to walk he told me to do some Strenghth Training. How should I log this or Should I log it? I go back to the doctor Monday morning to see what he says. Thanks.

If you want the calories to be counted you have to log it a cardio.0

under cardio search for strength training...
I also have a bad knee, I found if I walk it hurts, if I do the elliptical it does not as it's lighter on the knees. Try it! trust me the more weight that comes off the better it will feel.0 -

Oh sorry to hear that, hope your knee gets better soon.
I do strength training and log it as cardio. I use a HRM though to get cals burned.
Would swimming be a plausible exercise?0 -
Thank you all. I would swim but the only indoor pool you have to pay to use.0
