    Ok I wasnt very good at logging in here everyday... I got busy & distracted, but I did manage to keep sweating....even through some serious muscle cramping this week. So the rest of the week went like this:

    Wed Oct 5, 50 minutes 146 calories ( just walking & horse grooming, "rest day")
    Thurs Oct 6, 78 minutes 625 calories (Jump rope, tread mill, calisthetics, horseback riding)
    Fri oct 7, 75 minutes 263 calories ( horseback riding)
    Sat Oct 8, 96 minutes 835 calories ( Bowflex strength training & running 3.5 miles)
    sunday Oct.9 68 minutes 606 calories ( Bowflex strength training & Treadmill, incline repeats, stretching)

    Goal 3500 calories.....ACTUAL CALORIES BURNED 3946! & 505 minutes total! yeah me! ****patting myself in the back*****
