I move the minutes around but I do elliptical and treadmill. Sometimes onely one sometimes both....
both on a workout plan the elliptical goes up to resistance 11 in the workout plan I use
the treadmill always on an incline (i'm up to 10min 1mile started .20 in 10 min)
and just recently started working out my arms and planning to start sit ups next week (this is not counted on my 50min workout)0 -
