HELP!!!! Anybody know how long it takes to heal up from runners knees? And is it a good idea to get on an elliptical until they are healed and I can run again?

I don't know much but I found this on web md

That should help a little. I wonder if an eliptical would still put pressure on yourknees and cause more problems. I would suggest walking and supplimenting with strength training, especially of your upper body. More muscle will always burn more fat no matter were the muscle is. No matter what listen to your body--if you hurt back off and follow the tips on the link. Good luck:bigsmile:0 -
