 Question of the Day-Day 76!!

Do you think you will control yourself on Halloween or do you plan on giving in a little and eating some candy anyway?

*Me- Since I will be taking my kids trick r treating I probably will have a piece or 2 of candy but I am not really too worried about Halloween as I rarely give in or have cravings for candy only maybe when TOM is visiting. It's Thanksgiving and Christmas I am worried about! I LOVE pumpkin pie YUM!

Yeah, I'll eat some candy but I'm not too worried. I'm usually pretty good about eating just one or two & then leaving the rest.
  • No candy for me... I usually don't have a craving for sweets and am allergic to chocolate... (lucky me, i guess?!?). My guilty pleasure is chips... :( But I will stay away from them until I have reached my goal

I have chocolate every weekend; I burn more calories at the weekends so burn it off, most of the rest of the time I think I eat pretty healthily.
  • Control myself! Halloween is really just another day for me! No one in my neighborhood really trick
or treats and my daughter is still too young to go.

probably not since a huge group of us always go out to the casino dancing and drinking, although dancing should really help burn the cals

I take my little girl trick or treating, and we always have a special halloween dinner. But halloween candy doesn't really interest me.

for sure I will have some...mostly when tom comes...
  • Probably not.....I treat myself a few times a week to a small piece of dark chocolate. My weakness is pasta, pastries and potatoes!!

Not too worried about Halloween. No kids to trick or treat, and I live in the middle of nowhere so haven't had a trick or treater in 10 years. Might buy myself a candybar though =] My big worry is Thanksgiving >=\
  • Why does it seem that I am one of the few with a candy weakness!? And I worked so hard too look good in my halloween costume I'm just gonna let loose for that one day! It's halloween! A day made of candy and fun. :D

I have a chocolate weakness and a four-year-old who couldn't finish all of his Halloween candy if he tried all year! I will definitely be controlling myself more this year than in the past. I might indulge in one or two of the minis but I really have to set limits for myself. I will be logging every chocolatey calorie.

Ummm, lol, I went to a surprise birthday party last night that was Halloween themed and I ate 3 maybe 4 snickers minis, a couple of peanut M&M's and a regular sized tootsie roll... oh and a small slice of birthday cake... so I didn't do too terribly. I will say that I don't plan on buying the candy for the little ones until the day of Halloween though. I may give in to the temptation much more easily at home!
