Sugar-free mints, snack on low-cal foods such as salads.
Go somewhere unboring !!!
I am hyperactive and I've been on holidays so I ate too much. Back to work tomorrow and work my rear off.
Exercise. Do something)
This is also a bump for clues for myself. thanks MFPers0 -
Drink water! Then you'll be too busy peeing to be bored!
Just kidding. Drink water. It's good for you.0 -
sit ups, stretching...anything that changes that mindset0

When I find myself in the kitchen looking for something to snack on, when I'm not hungry, I drink a big glass of water. Then I'm so full I don't want anything.0

Zero sugar gum, or I always try and have small snack-able foods nearby. Like a protein bar, carrot sticks, something to keep my mouth busy while low in calories. Or I get up and move around and do something to get my mind off eating something. Even though food is on my mind 24/7. Lol0

WATER WATER WATER. I dont actually snack so its not a problem for me, but I have definitely noticed when it's late night and I'm on my computer or watching telly i just drink loads of water rather than eat. It gives my restless arms something to do that will only help me, not hurt. I ensure my 8 glasses of water this way.0
