Count Down to Halloween Challenge

Hi everyone,
I have been meaning to lose a few pounds I gained since spring. Going out and eating out with friends and free (junk) food at my new job, together with loooong and weird hours has made it very hard for me to eat healthy. I love to get back to my old weight of 111-112 lbs by Halloween weekend, Oct 29th 2011. Also, I have been postponing many things (not weight related) week after week, so I like to have a TODO list for each week too.
I'm starting a mini 3 week challenge to get back on track a bit. It starts from Sat, Oct 8th to Sat, Oct 29th.
My goals are:
1) Staying on my damn diet. Unfortunately I'm so "all or nothing". When I give into temptations, one bite leads to many. I'm really better off with "NO CHEATING" at all.
2) Getting things done! .... Doing what's on my weekly TO-DO list.
I wanted to start working out too, but my job is very physical and if I keep my diet in check, it serves as my cardio. I am planning to start some strength training starting November.
I am only weighting myself at the start and the end of challenge, as by experience weighting has usually a negative effect on my plan.
This is my template for week 1. I will log in every day (or every couple days) and fill it in, even if I fell off the wagon.
Week 1: Sat 8th to Fri 14th:
Day 1, Sat:
Day 2, Sun:
Day 3, Mon:
Day 4, Tue:
Day 5, Wed:
Day 6, Thu:
Day 7, Fri:
Week 1 TDL:
- Meet with at least one mortgage broker (I am planning to buy an apartment in near future, yayyyy)
- Do a full dental checkup
- Buy a new pair of glasses/contacts
