In January 2010 i had spent over ten years smoking, and eating everything and anything i wanted!
My goal last June was to see my abs! It took another year, but this september i did it!
Not gonna eat the kitty this time...

One of the things that worried me when i started this was saggy skin, but i think ive been blessed with super stretchy skin! And helped by drinking loads of water i think.0 -
