is it okay to do 30DS level 1..twice a day???

I've hit the plateau... my weight isnt moving at all..so m thinking i should increase my workout..anyway i have most of my day free.....
so its okay to do 30DS twice or thrice a day????

or is it pushing too much>???? :indifferent:

    That's a question only you can answer. Only you would know what your body can handle and when you're pushing it too far. I think it would be really boring to do the same video two or three times a day though... Maybe you could try a new video, go for a walk, or find some sort of activity that looks fun and would get you moving.

    Sometimes the reason for a plateau is that you aren't challenging yourself enough or lack variety.

    As long as you listen to your body, you can workout up to three hours a day. Depending on your strategy, remember to eat more and to take a day of rest each week.
    Ive combined Ripped with 6 w 6 p and Killer buns and its really nice, my body responds nice to that kind of workout.

  • I usually mix in something else if I want to do a double session, only because I know I will be using different muscle groups or a variation of an exercise. Why not try level 2 or one of her other videos? I like the RI30 as my throw in sometimes but the abs in it are killer....just can't tackle them yet --lots of plank work. I find RI30 easier on the cardio section for me.
