    I did great this week but know from past experience not to expect the same the 2nd week. I'm not sure how to post my results. Hope this works.

    I'm in. Just lost 5 in Sept, but Oct will be much harder.
    Sept 1 = 132.8
    Oct 1 = 127.8
    Oct 8 = 127.4 (yup, October is harder!)
    Nov 1 = ????
  • I have been under calories and working out but managed to gain 3lbs. So frustrating! Anyway, I am not changing my weight thingie. So there! Oh, but I know....I feel I need to stop being a slave to the scale. I weigh myself every single morning and night.

    I have a ten mile run tomorrow and bike ride for 40 miles Sunday...then if it is till up Monday, I will add the pounds on.


    I can so relate...been doing the same...watching my food, keeping under my calories, exercising every day...got on the scale and gained. I'll keep going and hopefully next week I'll see a loss!! I have 40 mile bike ride tomorrow as well, burn some frustration!! Have a good week-end.

    In IT to WIN IT! Lost 5 lbs really quick...gained some back then hit it hard the last three days. Tracking calories and exercising daily was essential for me. 43 days to cruise time, and 20 lbs to lose! Also, I never wore a hoodie during my workouts...sweating like a dog in a Chinese restuarant was not something appealing to me...But I'll definitely be doing it from now on.

    Good job everyone!!! Not quite 1 lb for me, but I will take it!! It was my birthday this week, so I did a lot of bad eating. Not really over my calories, but bad eating!!!! Hope to have a big loss next week!!

    Last week 202 - this week 197.4 totalling 4.6 lbs lost! Almost there! Once I hit 5 lbs I will try for another 5 for October :-)

    Almost down 2 pounds. I haven't consistently stuck to my diet and exercise for about 2 weeks now, so I'm ready to put in a bit more CONSISTENT commitment starting tomorrow. Hopefully the results will show next week

    I lost 12 pounds last month, so 5 should be a breeze! I'm in! (although I don't think I can weigh myself today cuz I don't have my own scale...) any other members can add me if they would like to!

    hope this will get the motivation started,,,but I just love to eat, especially at night... :(
