Hi all,
I can't forego my sugar fixes all together. I have a friend coming for dinner tomorrow night and am hoping some people can help me out with some dessert recipes. Am open to any suggestions except those that contain nuts.
Thanks

You could just enjoy some fresh fruit! Even topped with some Reddi Whip, which is very low cal and a little goes a long way!0

Try this Protein packed Dessert its pretty good.
125g Quark
100g Low Fat Natural Yoghurt
50g Raspberries
1/2 Banana
1/2 Scoop of Vanilla or Banana Whey
I sometimes have it with 1tbsp of Natural Peanut Butter instead of the Raspberries.
Basically just put all the ingredients in a bowl and mush it all together.
You can also put it in the freezer for an hour to give it more of an ice cream texture.

Angel food cake is surprisingly low in sugar. Top it with some fresh berries.
Or make up some sugar free pudding, and top it with sugar free whipping cream. You can serve this in a wine glass to make it look festive.0 -
Cottage Cheese works well also, but not as good as Quark.0

Yogurt and fruit parfaits! Those are easy and yummy!0
