We're in the same boat - I started at 274 and I'm at 263.3 in 3 1/2 weeks. I'm starting to slow down a bit though... this is really motivating. Thanks for sharing.0

You look FANTASTIC!!! I mean, WOW!! And such inspiration....I've been here approx 40 days, and am down 14 pounds....I have SO FAR to go. But to see such a huge difference really motivates me to keep going. Even though I need to lose 100 pounds total, I hope I'm smokin' hot after 50 pounds too!!! Way to go!!0
