Too many ~ a processed, sodium filled 'food'.

Unless you REALLY have a CRAVING..you could always Google and find out
    how many you can have.

I actually lack a lot of sodium. Most days I get 0%

IDK! If you have the can still look at how many servings are in the can then divide the chips up. I'm guessing it's somewhere around 8-14 chips.

    I think around 15 or 16.

fiftyandfit, I know you are just concerned about the OP, but she didn't ask if it was a good choice and honestly, I don't think there is anyone who isn't aware that chips aren't the most nutritious snack.

Thanks xD. You shouldn't go into depth about what's in food to someone who's trying to recover from an ED ;D.

Read the label. Not trying to be "smart" but if you are trying to get Healthy, it helps to know/find out these things yourself. I often tell my little nieces and nephews, (when they ask Me a question that either they SHOULD Know or WILL NEED to Know), LOOK it up.

Certain things that people ask show that they are just lazy.

Excuse me for not being food label literate.

By now I'm sure you have found your answer.

    Enjoy your chips. (:

Yeah man enjoy your life and eat those chips. Do what makes you happy. You're mature enough to know what you need to do to reach your goals, therefore you're mature enough to know the consequences of your decisions. ENJOY LIFE.
  • I found out that a serving is 1 oz. or 28g, which is approximately 16 crisps*; therefore, it's probably pretty safe to assume that 25g is something like 14 crisps. Please feel free to "Enjoy responsibly", as they say! Cheers and best wishes!

  • Wow, that "lazy" remark was so not nice, not necessary and not constructive at all. If I make others feel bad (or feel badly about anything), it only makes me feel worse. That's why I can never understand that sort of behavior, but hey, we're all different. Still, I feel sorry for someone who is apparently so miserable that they need to be mean to others. Best of luck to both of you. Everyone deserves a chance to be happy.
