I like dried veggies (from Sprouts) and boiled eggs dipped in Mustard. It's soooo good!

  • Pineapple Greek yogurt (Chobani)
  • 1 oz pasta with olive oil and spices (yes this is my fav snack xD)
  • Popcorn without all of the butter and salt.. butter for obvious reasons.. and salt makes you retain water. :glasses:

    Currently, it's raw cauliflower with Sabra Spinach & Artichoke hummus or apple slices with a tablespoon of fat free caramel dip (dessert treat).

    Ditto with popcorn (no butter / no salt). I pop from kernels in a skillet wok pan thing. YUM! If I've been really good and need a treat, I do add some butter. My other faves are various fruits, or corn chips with cheese (shredded cheese on top, oven melted).

    love tomaotes and cut up cucumbers... And i also love im not sure if it is so healthy but fiberone brownie smeared with bettern butter peanut butter that is 100 calories for two teaspoons but i only spread one teaspoon on so it is 50 calories plus 90 cal for the brownie. LOL

    I scoop of chocolate whey with 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk and water. Taste good and keeps me going.

    Plain greek yogurt with two teaspoons of honey.
    Plain almonds - a half serving will tide me over and keep the hunger pangs away.
    Banana with a tablespoon of peanut butter.

    Wow - one of my exact made-up treats... the PB banana burrito on whole wheat tortilla... hilarious, so exact, right down to the sprinkle of chocolate chips (if my daily goal numbers allow it!)
