Berry Crumble

This completely satisfies all hot dessert cravings for me. You could probably throw in a few dark chocolate melts if you need something a bit richer.

Serves 1 - TOTAL CALORIES 221. This is a big serve though. Could be halved it you need less calories.

Ingredients:

1 cup sliced strawberries (fresh is best, but frozen would be ok)
20 rasperries, blackberries and or blueberries (fresh or frozen).
1 tbs water
10g flaked almonds
1/8 cup almond meal
few drops of rosewater essence
few drops of vanilla essence
1 tsp agave syrup


Method
Put all the berries in a small baking dish. Sprinkle over the essences and water. Sprinkle over the almond meal and finally top with the flaked almonds.
Bake in a 240 degree oven until the almonds are toasted (about 10 mins).

Enjoy with a scoop of natural low fat yoghurt (calories not included).
