Anyone get results from using these products?

    When I was in my teens I managed to lose a lot of weight on slimfast (for breakfast and lunch only)! That was 10 years ago though!

    If it meets your daily calories then yes you can see results, if you exceed your daily calories by using these products then you can expect fat gain.

    hello,

    i use the biggest loser shakes.

    i only have 1 a day for lunch but i find it really helps. they take a bit of getting used to but i do enjoy them now.

    one thing they aren't good for is if you are really really hungry, they will not fill you up or satisfy you so avoid using them in this kind of situation.

    i have cereal for breakfast, a shake for lunch, afternoon snack of fruit and something crunchy and then a dinner of salad and meat. i stay clear of too much potatoes, bread and pasta.

    i have lost 38 pounds in 13 weeks so far.
