thats awesome:happy: don't you love it when that happens? my little sister (she is 19..lol) told me last night that she was proud of me for losing weight, and that I looked skinny! I was sooooo happy!! She is like a stick, so that made me feel good

Of course you want to do it for yourself, but it is an amazing feeling when other people notice your efforts!

Sometimes I'll think I've lost a bunch of weight and my clothes are a lot looser, but no one says anything! So you think its all in your head ! haha :noway:
