Favorite and Least Favorite Exercise?

Love getting new ideas :] Tell me why too!
I LOVE:
Cardio - running distance 5+ miles if I have the time :]
Strength - Dead lift and pushups! Only because I am good at them ;]
I CANNOT STAND
Cardio - Sprinting. I don't like feeling burnt out and lactic acid xD
Strength - Any sort of core work... just tedious!

cardio: stair master/stair stepper
strength: lunges (i do them anyway but dread them)0 -
Love: Deadlifts.

Cardio - Running (I hated this as a kid, but I'm actually just starting to try it for the first time as an adult, so hopefully this will change)

I hate: P90X ab shredder (but i am loving it)...0 -
Favorite: Cardio & Weight Training

Sounds like me! I like running on a track, but elliptical and the dreadmill make me want to sleep xD0 -

Cardio: Running....always have and chances are always will...

Strength -- Pilates/Yoga

Cardio -- Stair Stepper/Elliptical/Inside Machines (BORING!)
Strength -- Lunges...but I kinda love what they're doing to my legs and butt0 -

Cardio - Rowing, and sports such as Badminton that don't really feel like "exercise"
Strength - Squats
HATE:
Cardio - Treadmill/Running.
Strength - Not much, but not too keen on Ab ripper X in P90x (although I don't mind my own ab work at the gym)0 -
Love: Running (distance) Dancing, swimming, walking, aerobics, carrying kids, hiking, spinning, biking, rowing
Hate: Push ups!! wow...thats the only thing I truly hate.0 -
Love: running long distance, weights, boot camp, Zumba or dancing. I can tolerate cycling and pilates. Don't like kicboxing or step... Still take it sometimes to break the routine. Also like swimming and walking/ hiking for long hrs.
With swimming I love breaststroke since I really good at it, but anything else....2 mins and i am done.0 -

Love: kettlebell snatches (simply the best mix of strength and cardio I have found)
Hate: running (I can run hill sprints like a boss, but ask me to run more than a mile and your face might get broken)0 -

Cardio - Dancing westafrican. The pace dont matter, its so fun its like I forget how tired I should get.
Strength - Dead lifts and hollow man.
I CANNOT STAND
Cardio - Running. Short legs and big tits makes Medoria a poor runner.
Strength - Right now Im doing 6 w 6 pack and I hate the sideplank kick back thingy, or any other excersise where I have to balance on my arm and one foot on the side like single leg raises in plank.0 -
LOVE: aerobic dancing & spinning
HATE: push ups0 -
Love: Zumba, Dance, Hip hop, Pole fitness, boxing
Hate: Sprinting! Suicides! Foggie's! Running with tire!!0
