My neighbor brought over an aweome looking plate of yummies!! I ate the peanut butter, granola and sesame seed treat. It was so good. She bought it at an amish town. I'm going to contact her to see if there was a "label" on it but I'm guessing not. If not, how do I go about finding and calcualting?

Take your best guess & "quick add" the calories, then move on! :happy:0

You could look through the database here for something roughly equivalent

Sometimes I'll look on recipes sites like allrecipes where at least some of the recipes have nutrition facts with them and I'll do like an ingredients search and find something similar.0

Take a guess of the amount of each ingredient and throw them on yourself in the quick tools. A fair guess of each is better than nothing at all, at least you will have an idea of what you consumed.0

put in your best guess than add 30% of that guess...0
