There isn't an entry in the exercise database for either of these. I'm wondering if/how you lot log it yourselves? (Or if I'm just being dumb and missing it!)

I found "rock climbing" under cardio.
Which is sorta weird, because it's definitely more strength, hauling your carcass around with your forearm and shoulders :-D Awesome and fun, wish I could do it more often!0 -
Should be there under Rock Climbing - Ascending Rock.0

I haven't done this in ages, but I am gonna start again now that I feel I can after dropping some weight. It definitely gets the heart thumping! Thanks for posting the question and thanks to the poster who said to use "rock climbing," now I know what to enter.0

Aah, thanks. I've been missing it. It's more about core strength and legs than arms and shoulders though! That's a quick way to get worn out.
