GEC "25" Challenge...

Thank you all for joining the GEC "50" challenge. It was inspirational and a blessing to see all of the incredible results. It is time now for the GEC "25" (week 2 of 4). This challenge will test fitness and endurance. What this week will consist of are 25 reps of an exercise then 25 second rest then 25 reps of another then 50 seconds of rest then repeat in reverse order. When doing these exercises,please keep them at the 25 reps/rest/reps/50 rest...You will see why I say this,so with that being said,do these AFTER your normal workout....
Monday........25 "half squats" (squats to seated chair position). 25 seconds rest. 25 "full squats" (squats passed the chair position)
Tuesday......5 push ups/5 mountain climbers (push up position-rapid fie right knee/left elbow and vise versa) 5 "air cycles"
5 sit ups/5 crunches. 25 seconds rest.
Wednesday..25 jumping jacks. 25 seconds rest. 25 "good mornings" with broomstick on shoulders (think japanese greeting)
Thursday.....25 jump squats (squat then jump) 25 seconds rest. 25 burpees (stand with feet together,drop to hands and kick your
feet back,bring them under you and stand all the way up)
Friday............25 alternating leg lunges. 25 seconds rest. 25 seated,v-leg raised core twists (sitting,knees up and feet off the floor.
clasp hands over your core and then twist your hands left to right)
A little more challenging week. Something to really kick up your workouts and get us to and beyond our goals. Continued success to everyone.....GEC

whoo talk about a burn, was already tired after a 2mile run, but i love those squats. thanks gec, hope everyone is pushing hard and reaching for their goals. keep up the good work guys0

I am humbled by all the great work being done by everyone. Your dedication is incredible to see....To those who haven't done today's challenge yet,It looks easy but trust me....it burns the core....whoa!!!!

I'll give it a go. I'm new so please forgive me....
but I would do the 5 reps of each move, then rest for 25 seconds and repeat the circuit but backwards? LOL. I just want to make sure I understand. Thanks!0 -

did Tuesday's - minor modifications as I couldn't remember the mountain climbers, so did bear crawls.
added 8 rounds 200 meter sprints 1 min rest inbetween0 -
