Of sleeping??
I average between 5 and 7. 5 on nights I have my kids, 7 on nights I do not.
12 hours of sleep and I'm tap dancing all day!!

Every night I sleep for 8 hours :-)0

7 or 8 usually. Asleep pretty much as soon as my head hits the pillow, and wide awake as soon as I wake.0

Probably about 6 a night... would be more but my kids get up at an ungodly hour.0

During the week, usually 7 hours. If I'm having insomnia, usually around 4 hours.
On the weekends, I get between 10-12 hours....and it's AHHHHHHHHHmazing!0 -

I don't generally sleep well so between 4-6 if I'm lucky. Yes, I pay for it later when I eventually crash, but I also nap sometimes too.0

Lately... I would say about 7-10 hours. Especially now that I am working out, I am sleeping better and longer. It's hard though, cause... I love staying up late... But I love getting up early! *sigh**0

I get like 7.5 hours a night. I'm in bed at 11 and up at 7AM M-F then the same bed time or midnight on the weekend and up at 8-8:30AM. I don't remember the last time I slept in past 10. :P Works great for me. I just need coffee.0

I have gotten by on less than 6 for years, but then again I need this site. Since I started working out more, it is easier to go to bed earlier (even with three children 7, 5, and 1.) I find that I am in a better mood at work and have fewer temptations with comfort food when I get 8 hours.0
