51lbs lost and counting!!!!!

Today I hit my 51lbs lost,when I hit 50 it still kinda didn't kick in,lol..i notice more now then I have the few wks..my clothes are so big,i love the feeling of having to go shopping! I lost a total of 34 inches around my body,and I can't wait to see what I see at the end of the yr..my goal is to get to 150,but not sure just yet.At first I wanted to stop in Jan of next yr,but I joined MFP April of this yr,so ima stop on my annv and just maintain..i would like to thank my biggest mfp supporters that have truly made a difference in my life,without ya'll I would not have gotten this far,and to my husband that has always pushed me to keep going..i luv you all!!!!!!!!

    Thats Awesome! Can I ask what your doing? I've been on here since beginning of sept I think and I've only lost 6 lbs, I count my cals and work out at least 3-4 times a week (I try to do 5 days but sometimes I just don't make it) I'm just doing cardio and toning on the weights, I did lose a pants size but I feel like I'm busting my hump and not losing the lumps! (lol) Any suggestions? feel free to friend me I need all the support I can get! :flowerforyou:

    6 lbs is great,plus youve dropped a size! The scale isn't always so nice to us,but measurements tell us alot,youre doing great by doing cardio and weight training,i do the same..Taking rest days and drinking water is important also..i count all my calories,even on bad days,unless I really don't have the time to put it in.I don't deprive myself of food at all,my diary will show you that,lol. I just use portion control.i think you are doing great,just don't give up,the results will show!!!
