Meatloaf Muffins
1lb Ground Turkey
1 Box of Stove Top Stuffing
1 c. water
Diced onions
Mix all together. Spray a cupcake pan with Pam to revent muffins from sticking. Fill each muffin section full. Bake 350 for about 25-30 mins, until juice are clear. Don't overbake, it'll make muffins dry.
My family loves them and they are very low fat!

I am so going to make these I put the recipe in and total was approximately 1,500 for all ingredients. So depending on how many muffins. And you could even do mini muffins. I'm thinking these would freeze well too.

I put it through the recipes builder and it says for 12 muffins its 181 Cals, 21 Carbs, 4 Fat and 13 Protein but it will depend on the size and the amount of muffins you make. (you could do the mini muffins) Hope that helps!0

Thanks for this recipe. I love easy ones!0

the meatloaf muffins I make come out to the following:
meat loaf, 1 serving 245 cal car 5 fat 11 protein 25 fiber 1 sodium 161
I use 1/2 lean ground beef and 1/2 ground bison.
I never grease the pan I find enough is released cooking. I get rid of the fat after 20 minutes and check if done, then cook in 5 minute increments after that.0
