Sorry it's so late, there was a 2 hour wait at the border last night so i got in really late & came in & crashed, today there is a scheduled power outage by the Hydro company so I am getting it done before my laptop dies, using my cell phone as a wireless router. Anyways here it is:

I did have a pretty good time in NYC, will go back again one day but will not drive, my back is killing me from sitting in a car for so long.

    I am so sorry I did not weigh in this week. I had a pretty rough weekend (Thanksgiving long weekend) I ate horribly, was away from home most of the time and had no way of logging (I am actually a little afraid to know how many calories I consumed) and didn't have time to weigh in. I have cheated myself this weekend, BUT I WILL do better this week and try to make up for it and will weigh in first this Sunday morning to get back in the challenge.

    I appreciate all your hard work Falisha and feel bad for not keeping up on my end (once again :embarassed: ) I will be good from now on!

    I added up all the percentages and came to a little over 100.

    I think this means that between us - we have lost ONE WHOLE PERSON!!!

    Thanks Falisha for keeping me on the chart while I am away on holidays. I will let you know as soon as I get back home in a week as to what I am weighing at. Still do not know my weight at this time as there are no scales here. I have been swimming in the ocean every day & we walk everywhere here. So exercise is not a problem. We have not been over indulging too much either, so I pray I will be down & not gain. Best wishes to you all!

  • Two Thanksgiving Dinners and mine and my husbands Birthday which equaled two Birthday cakes and many drinks :S kinda disapointed in myself but it was a great weekend and I going to wake up early and try and get two workouts in each day this week ( thats my challange) because I know for a fact I gained and hoping I can atleast get back to even by this weekends weigh in :S Hope everyone else has a great week!

    Thx for the new chart Falisha!

    Yet another rough emotional week for me - spent this evening doing the final "stuff swap" with my ex, so angry and frustrated I feel physically sick. Good thing I ate well this morning so at least got close to goal today. I'm sure in a day or two I'll swing the other way and be tempted to binge :cry: the only good to come of it all is the weight loss - have been able to lose in the past 3 months what I hadn't been able to accomplish in the previous 5 years!

    Please don't use my first reply today...I didn't really think I gained so I went to Curves where I workout and I weighed myself there and I had lost 1 lb and I will take it....
