Over on protien

I've been doing this for about a week now and I've noticed that each day I've been over in protien. Is this a bad thing? Can it prevent weight loss?

If you stay under your calorie goal it will not impede weightloss.0

For a while I was going over to and then I just increased the settings on how much fat, carbs and protein I should have. The diet my trainer gave me has me eating high protein, moderate carbs, and low fat and so far in the last three weeks I have lost 9lbs total, so for me it's been working.0

Actually from what I have read you should eat about 1 gram of protein for every pound. I never eat that much but I eat at least 120 grams every day and it seem to be working for me.0

It's better to be over inprotein than anything else, especially if you are working out.0

I agree with all of the above!0
