I have 4 POUNDS to lose. It's like I've lost my motivation! Now that I'm not "fat" I can't find the will to get that body I want. I keep eating loads too much and feeling like crap. I know it's pathetic. Somebody kick me in the *kitten* here! I need to feel the shame!

You might find the video Fat Head inspirational, that's what motivated me.

"Fat Head" isn't going to help. She has FOUR pounds to lose.

OP, relax. It's a number. And apparently you are fine where you are. Just work on fitness, and health.

I don't think the amount matters, that video gave me the motivation and the information to keep up my journey in nutrition. If it has the same effect on anyone else like it did for me, it may help.

Can you set the goal for 4 pounds and then reward yourself with something you've wanted (or wanted to do)? Maybe something visual, like a giant sign on your fridge that just says "SPA DAY" or "WEEKEND GETAWAY" or whatever it is that would be awesome for you? That way every time you go to the fridge, you'll get slapped in the face by your true desire. Great job coming this far!
