Ok so i am tracking Calories, Sugar, Fat, Saturated Fat, Carbs, and Sodium. I did well today keep my number in the green and somewhat under my goals except the sodium. It seems to be high in just about everything. When i first started i was only concerned about the calories i was taking in but i went back and looked and all my sugar was in the red so today i started to try and watch them all and keep them in the green.

What do you track?
Do you have any problems keeping all of what your tracking in the green?
If any which ones are you having problems with?

I track only my calories at this time.
I do check my carbs every so often but my main one right now is calories.

I track (and pay attention most) to calories, fat, protein, and sodium. The way I keep sodium down is to try to eat as few processed foods as possible. I try to always be over on protein (this site gives you a very small amount, especially if you're strength training). I only seem to have issues with fat if I'm eating unhealthy foods (I'm okay with healthy fats from nuts).

i track calories, fat, protein and fibre. i like to have my fibre high, so i try and watch that especially.... fibre is so important!
  • I track calories, carbs, fat, protein, fiber and sugar. My goal for the end of the day is to have the calories, carbs and fats in the green; and the protein and fiber in the red. I'm almost always in the red for sugar due to natural sugar in fruits and veggies, which I don't worry about too much.
  • I changed what i was tracking because i did have protien and fiber on there and they are usually way over so i switched it to the other things that would really effect my weight loss and like i said everything was in the green except the sodium but i did start using Ms. Dash on my meats and thing for no salt!
