workout at home tonight

Hi guys it's about to start raining where i am and my motivation to go to the gym tonight is severely lacking!!
Anyone got a workout I can do at home tonight for extra calorie burn?
Thanks would be greatly appreciated!

    I like to do push ups and if you have stair do a calf work out. I also will do sit ups and don't laugh but you could always throw on some music and just dance your pretty little @#$ off lol

    An hour or so workout I sometimes do is pretty simple.
    Get a deck of cards and assign an exercise to the cards, mix it up with strength, cardio, abs etc

    so!
    Kings - 50 Jumping Jacks
    Queens - 1 minute of Mountain Climbers
    Jacks - 1 minute of Jump rope
    Aces - 5 minutes hold a plank

    cards 2 - 10 (Make the reps whatever the number is on the card, i.e. 10 spades you do 10 side lunges on each leg)
    Diamonds - V sit ups
    Clubs - Push ups
    Spades - side lunges
    Hearts - Tricep dips

    Shuffle the cards to keep it interesting, pick one off the top of the pack and perform the excersise until you've finished the whole pack!

  • Get the Insanity workout, it is killer trust me, you think your in shape until you try it. No extra weights or accessories to buy either.
