    Another recipe:

    Grandmothers Cabbage Casserole

1 Medium Cabbage chopped and rinsed
    1 lb Ground beef
    1 Can of onion soup
    1 can rotel tomatoes
    2 cans tomato sauce
    1 cup raw rice
    2 eggs well beaten
    ½ cup cooking oil
    1 large onion chopped
    1 bell pepper finely chopped
    salt pepper to taste
    Bread crumbs (to top) optional
    Cheddar cheese (to top) optional

Mix all the ingredients together by hand. Add the mixture to a greased 13x9 deep baking pan. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 325 degrees for for 2 hours. Add grated cheese and melt on top. Enjoy.

If my calculations are correct, it has 352 calories for 1/6th of a pan.

Thanks for sharing these recipes and links. I'll be anxious to come back to them when I have time to really look at them. I love the "tried and true" aspect!
