Trying this site again but with more motivation this time to get to where I need to be. :smile:

Hopefully tracking what goes in as well as exercise will do the trick.

    Hello!
    it's amazing how much people learn when they actually write down/log/track the food they eat.
    SO many people are under the (false) assumption that they don't eat too many calories.
    So, just putting it down on paper is often an eye opener.

    I have no doubt you will find success if you keep track, and you continue to exercise.
    The more you learn about your body the more success you will see.

    Thank you! I really think it has a lot to do with what I put in vs what I am putting out exercise wise. Hoping to change things little by little in order to get to where I should/want to be at.
