HEY LADIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We are doing it!! We are officially on Week 5 / Level 3 of Jillian Michaels Killer Buns & Thighs!! I can never STRESS enough how excited I am about doing this Challenge with you all and it has helped EVERYONE tremendously along the way with suggestions and ideas…You all are a great group and I am getting sad thinking that soon it will be coming to a end . I have not only accomplished goals but have gain a extra family! I know we are going to ROCK out on these last 2 weeks and PLEASE make sure that you take your pictures in the end to compare them to the first week!! We already know the inches are going to be very nice and hopefully leaning thighs and hot booties… If you don’t mind we can do side by sides and make a Post including all the pictures with our results! Just a thought so let me know if you are ok with that…ANYWAY…Let’s do this the Official start of Level 3!!

OH WOW that's so cool i actually just ordered ripped in 30 . i was doing 30ds and i feel in love with Jillian Micheals i think she is great i actually planed on doing the killer buns and thighs after this one . i love though hearing someone say something about this one though i hadn't heard anything about it yet. my problem area is actually my thighs i just cant cant rid out the fat on them and of course a nice butt would be great . so please tell me does this dvd really help with toning thighs ?0

didn't get my workout in this morning but plan on it after poling tonight if i have any energy left.. i did take another look at all of it though.. and i think i'm gonna like this level.. and although i haven't tried it yet, it does look just a tad bit on the easier side compared to level 2.. may be saying something different once i actually do the workout though.. lol let's keep pushing ladies, we're almost at the finish line!0

There were a few moves on level 1 that I thought were harder than moves on level 2. Maybe that's just me? On level 1 where you do the sumo squat calf raises and then the sumo squat jumps.. that was killing my thighs! So rough. But I never had that "awful" of a feeling during level 2 so I am very curious about how level 3 compares.0

I'm out of town for the week so it's hard finding the time for my workouts. I did go to Zumba this morning with my mom but that was not really a workout compared to Jillian's stuff. It was fun though. I did bring my KBT dvd with me though and my set of 10 lb weights so I'm hoping I can get in a workout or two while I'm away.0

I decided to try week 3 even though I feel I need to do week 2 some more. Wow, I LOVED it. I feel it may be the easiest of the 3 levels, granted I wasn't doing advanced moves all the way. Woohoo last 2 weeks, even though I don't think I will see a huge difference in inches. I have lost 1" in hips though0

I LOVEEEEEEEE Level 3!! It has to be the best out of them all for ME!! Alot of the moves I am not familiar with being from 30DS and the other one she mentions...so it was a first...All i can say is that even though the moves were slow they were intense...and I can feel them in my thighs, buns, and the sweat never stopped...My knees no bother so that was great!! I AM doing this 5-6 days no doubt...Excited to get to it in the AM...My after pics are going to ROCK...0

So I think that wrestling move and the camel have my shoulders sore:sad: I could not understand why I was struggling to lift my arms to get papers from the printer today at work because my shoulders were a little sore and then I realized it was Level 3:ohwell: I was so use to my thighs being sore that I did not expect the upper body this time:glasses: I love Level 3 but it still kicks ya butt:grumble: Let's get these TITANIUM BUTT CHEEKS ladies tehehehehe0

i woke up this morning @ 5 a.m. to get this workout in... & i must say, i'm w/you guys... i LOVED IT!!!! that wrestler move had me like "what?!?" but she was right, after doing it a few times it wasn't so awkward... that move when she had us on all fours (but our knees were off the ground) and we were jumping off the ground was serious!! i was grunting w/every jump, LOL, but i did it & i loved it
ok, sooooo... i may have the softee of the day award here :laugh: ... but... after it was over, & we were cooling down & she had us laying there & she was talking her jillian motivational talk... i felt like she was talking right to ME!! so i breathed in that positive energy... & i exhaled all that negative crap & after it was all said i done, i was weeping!!!! it was a good cry, i needed it, & now i'm ready to have an awesome day!!! i hope you guys have a great one too!!0 -

My friend I am glad you liked it and you can't help it..the softee is in you and thats what makes you special...This has been an excellent challenge with Jillian...I respect her even more with this one... Good job buddy for doing and loving it...Yes that wrestling move...what quite something..and those jumps are the ones that we got to take the pic on right friday!! UGH0 -

yeah girl, i noticed those jumps (can't remember what she called them)... but i was like "i gotta take a pic of me doing this for friday!!"but i was talking about the jump where are hands are on the floor & our knees are just off the floor... & she has us jumping up... idk what it's called, but that thing had me working!!!!!
