Logging Warehouse Work For Calories Burned

I have a desk job, which doesn't allow much exercise when I am here. Yesterday our shipping department was out and orders had to ship. I spent a good 3 or 4 hours of my day pulling, packing and shipping orders. We are talking moving boxes weighing between 5 - 35 pounds from point A to B to C. Worked up a nice sweat and was wiped out when everything was done!
What should I log that as for exercise?

There is a section on the database for moving household items..Boxes etc you could put the amount of time in that..0

Thanks Julpad! That section calculates A LOT more calories than what "cleaning light / moderate' does :happy:0
