    That's AMAZING -- great WORK!! I think it's sometimes harder for guys to jump into this process...So I'm always glad to see a guy on here getting healthier for himself and his kids!!! CONGRATULATIONS!! And I love the grin on your face (and your son's) in those photos!!!!

    Thank you for taking the time to put all that together. It was such a great thing to read this morning! You should be SO proud of yourself, you've done great things. You look great and you can tell how proud you are of yourself, and you should be! I bet your family is proud too.

    Did you ever tell the guy that handed you the paper that you tried MFP? I've recommended the site to a lot of random people! Whenever someone comments on my weight loss I attribute a lot of it to this site. I wonder if any of the strangers I've told have had as much success as you!
