I have found some yummy low calorie foods I thought I'd share. They are all amazing!! I know it was really hard for me to find snacks that left me happy, full and not feeling bad about eating junk. These do just that! I hope they help you.

Dannon light and fit yogurt - 80 calories

Brothers all natural fruit crisps real sliced dried strawberries and banana. (This also comes in pear and apple!) 1 bag is 45 calories. These bags are fairly big too for 45 calories it says for the strawberry and banana the bag holds 1 banana and 4 strawberries. They are great!

Dole real fruit bites with yogurt and whole grain oats apple chunks. (Comes in pinnaple and mango!) 90 calories

Now add your favorite low calorie snack ideas.. :D

i like to cut up an apple in small bite size pieces and munch on that, 100 calorie nut packs, babybel light cheeses (50 cals a pop), and weight watchers jello cups (10 calories!), sugar free pudding cups (60-70 calories for the brand I buy), but sometimes I'll eat a bowl of sugar free oatmeal if I'm hungry but its not lunch or dinner time (100 calories!)

Special K Fruit Crips 100 calories. They kind of remind of Pop tarts because of the strawberry filling.

Low calorie and low sugar protein bars, beef/turkey jerkey, tuna in a can. Those tend be low calorie snacks, that keep my appetite in check.
