If your moving it, your losing it!

I love days where its sunny out and you just feel like its gonna be a good day and you'll be productive! Today, I do feel tired, however, I have already accomplished so much! I had to run a few errands, I swept the leaves outside (as they were piled up all wet and soggy from the rain yesterday), I still intend to squeeze in some yoga and maybe even go for a walk (and if not I'll just run up and down the stairs for about 20 min). You dont have to feel like you NEED to workout every single day, but as long as your body is in motion, your burning calories! Get up, go for a walk, clean the house, run up and down the stairs a few times...just move! Its so easy! And then, when you feel like its too simple for you, thats when you can throw in a hard workout. Whatever you'd like, as long as you move. So whenever you feel discouraged and your not motivated to hit the gym, instead....just move! ;)
