New to the site

Hello everyone,
I'm new to this site but I'm looking for some motivation to help me reach my goal. I don't want to be supermodel skinny, just want to get back to my pre-baby weight, which was not perfect, but I figure since my oldest is almost 11 it's about time I started working on me again.
My sister lost over 50 lbs last year and discovered breast cancer afterwards. Her doctors said her losing weight most likely helped her to discover the lump early, so it basically saved her life. So I'm looking to finally make the healthy changes for myself in hopes it helps keep me healthy too. :smile:
