Why has my wt loss stalled?

:sad: Anyone know why I am stuck at the same weight for the past month. started out @ 211, now weigh 201, which took several months to get down to. what am I doing wrong? How do I chANGE my stats?

    It's hard to tell without more information. Can you make your food diary public so we can see it?

    You do need to provide more info though. In addition to open your diary, you might want to tell us about your workout routines, frequency, etc.
  • How many calories are you eating?

    How much do you exercise and how many calories do you burn?

    Do you make healthier choices like whole grains, fresh fruits and vegetables, etc?
  • How do I make it public? Not very good with the workout stuff. The most exercise I get is at work. I am a nurse , so always on my feet.

    Settings -> Diary Settings -> Public -> Save.

    as a nurse, are your setting set to Active or Light Active instead of sedentary?

    How is your water and sodium intake? Drinking more will always help.

    You have a LOT of quick added calories, how accurate are they?

    You may want to add tracking of things like sodium, sugar and try to do fewer quick added calories and actually enter the food items in to see where your levels are.
