Hi guys,
I'm at work and I am starving but I want to eat something healthy. So, I am craving for a tuna wrap as I describe on the subject line but I am thinking twice should I (?) I think it has alot of calories, I'm just not in a mood for a salad today :(...someone please help me in giving me an idea on a healthy wrap...Thank you in advance and yall have a blessed day!

I would enter the wrap and a salad and see which fits into the day better. :drinker: Enjoy.
  • maybe even just eat the tuna and lettuce out of the wrap so that you don't take in so many carbs and calories....be careful though, you never know what delis and such put in their tuna !

The amount of calories in something doesn't determine if something is healthy or not. A tuna wrap if you can control the ingredients is perfectly fine considering it will have a decent balance of macronutrients.
